Well, first of al, welcome to the single best OS on the market today in
my opinion. Second of all, I had the same problem when I installed
directly from 8.04, I don't know what the problem is. But I installed
from 7.10 and then upgraded to 8.04 from there and had no problem, the
display options listed just fine.
