Update - Display Resolution

I didn't go back to install 7.10 for
fear of causing more problems. Didn't invest in a wide screen monitor
or video card If XP can handle the present monitor & video card than
Ubuntu should do even better. Haven't the foggiest on how to manually
edit xorg.conf so I didn't even go there. Did down load the nividia
driver from NV but could not find xorg.conf. or apt-gut to install it.

However, after start up I found this other applications menu in the
main window which when clicked on takes you to screen graphics
preferences where you configure multiple screens & graphics cards. The
recipe is not what you geeks would call right, but it worked for this
half-right senile citizen for now. Thanks again to all who found time
to assist with this problem.
