Question Answered By: Adah Miller   on Feb 12

First thing we'd need to know is the version of Ubuntu you are using
and also what problems you are having since upgrading. If the laptop
won't start up now, or it won't get into Ubuntu, then there are ways
to get in using an Ubuntu CD which you can make on the system you are
currently using.

Would be worth telling us the make/model of laptop too and other info
such as the amount of memory inside it, if you can.

BTW - one of the rules of the group is to top post please and it's the
one that gets the moderators more riled up than any other so go easy
on them and top post ( they are all getting on a bit and we need to
keep their BP under control ).
