Question Answered By: Adah Miller   on Jan 03

Linspire or Freespire is a very easy use distro. The crown jewel feature is the
CNR. You could install the CNR too for Ubuntu. You may want to use Gparted to
see what your partitions are. There is good support for Linspire/Freespire. But
is does not match the awsome support of Ubuntu forums site. You do not need to
un install Xandros. The new linux distro will just take over that partition as
long you tell it to take that part of the HD. It pounds it right out and will
install a boot grub loader.
