Question Answered By: Adah Miller   on Feb 05

Agree that the two sticks don't appear to get
on with each other. You may have success slowing down memory timings
in the BIOS if you can - laptops are notorious for having a crippled
BIOS that doesn't allow much in the way of tweaking !!

If that isn't an option then the only way to get 2Gb working would be
to purchase a matched pair of 1Gb sticks - is it worth it when 1Gb is
probably going to be ample for most situations ?
