second installation of wine

Some time ago I installed Wine from Sidenet. It installed IE, which was
exactly what
I needed at the time. Now I have a few apps I want to run like SWiSHmax.
When I installed SWiSHmax it ran right after start up but then I cant
get the app to work.

So I installed it again. And the same thing.

Im wondering if its this specific install of Wine.

What if I installed a second wine. Would that cause problems?

I have Wine installed, I also have Yeasu radio programming software
loaded for one of my radios. I need some assistance on how to connect
to my comport. I use usb to serial cabal convertor to connect ot my
radio. Will Wine even see my USB connecitons at all. If so what do I
need to have to accomplish this. I'll also be posting this question on
the Wine forums as well.
