The "Excel 200x Power Programming with VBA" series from John Walkenbach
is an invaluable tool for learning  Excel VBA.

No. It's called "Excel Power Programming with VBA" and there are
different versions, depending on the Excel version you want to use.
There is "Excel 2000 Power Programming with VBA", "Excel 2003 Power
Programming with VBA" and so on.

, this book ("Excel 200x Power Programming with VBA" series from
John Walkenbach) had also been recommended to me by Jimmy, I ordered
it and received it today!
As a total beginner, I must tell you this seems super!
I doubt I'll have the patience to read from page 1 to .. 934 straight
through.

But I know I am going to understand a lot more, and reserve questions
for this forum only for things where I do not find the answer in that
book.
