How to Make a Unsigned macro to Signed Macro

I am using this Excel VBA for a very long time and I
give this formats to some other peoples for using.
When they use this format, some of the Virus are
removing the Macros.

May be because of Unsigned macros.

How to get it signed macros.

you can create a certificate with selfcert.exe. It is OK if you know the
people you are giving the macro  to but would not be sufficient for a public
distribution.

Yes I tried with selfcert.exe it works fine.....
