connecting to a database

I am new to databases and am
attempting to create a database<br>using Jbuilder 5 and MS
Access 2000.
I know that to be able to create a
database connection you must first setup<br>the database
using the ODBC Datasources through the control panel.
Is there<br>any way to setup the database through
the source code rather than using the<br>control
panel.and if so how would I do it for as table named
"members"

I got some information ,when i using command
regedit ,you know to edit my window's registry,<br>i open
the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\odbc,<br>there is
some information about you question,but i don;t know a
lot about this registry.<br>Hope can help you.
