Question Answered By: Adah Miller   on Dec 11

I have a winxp system on a drive of 37.26G with 19.75g free. There are two
'unmovable blocks' about 3/4 of the way on the defrag screen. I have defragged
and gotten most of the files in the first 1/2 with the exception of the
'unmovable blocks'. I was thinking of dual booting with Shackbox by F0FAK which
is based on Ubuntu. Apparently the install will set up dual boot but my question
is -- if I make the partition 10G and some or all of the unmovable block is
within that portion how will ubuntu/winxp treat that info. I don't want to loose
it and I'm not sure how small a partition I can make available for shackbox. Any
help will be appreciated.
