Question Answered By: Adah Miller   on Feb 07

I want to execute the command xinput with some options to stop the
operation
of my touch pad on the laptop. I have put it at the end of my .bashrc
file and have
tried to remember to launch a terminal and do a . .bashrc command to get
it executed.
On a previous load of Ubuntu 10.04 I think I placed the command in one
of the commands
that get executed when the system goes to multi-user mode.
