I got a desktop running Ubuntu 6.06 linux running behind a belkin router
with nat enabled.
with nat enabled, it takes like 30 sec for a simple page to open,
which is too much for internet connection that I have.

My network configuration is
Static IP 192.168.2.2
default gateway 192.168.2.1 (IP address of my "Belkin g router"
connected through ethernet)
broadcast address 192.168.2.255
subnet mask 255.255.255.0

This is all that I've configured

Is there something that I'm missing or something that is wrong.
