Thinkpad 380 No CD/No Net/No USB Install?

If you decide on Puppy, let me know if they allow both USB NIC and other USB
device in an USB 2 PCMCIA adapter. Last time, I tried it was a no go, but with
old low RAM units I liked EconoPup, but it might be a bit old now. Distrowatch
on Monday had a few suggestions for Pentium computers in the comments.
