already checked there and they were set to None. That seems to be
for software pre-set header and footer text. I'm still lookin' around for that
hidden switch somewhere. I'm wanting to remember that it was my older Canon
printer where I had the stuff turned off. It may also be just a Firefox thing. I
may just have to live with this one...
