Thinkpad 380 No CD/No Net/No USB Install?

This 14-year-old machine is not close to meeting the requirements for Ubuntu. It
probably has 32 MB of memory, which might be enough to run Slitaz or Damn Small
Linux. I'm not sure if either of them can be installed from floppy.
