That question is much easier to understand.

First make sure you can connect  to the website using Data/Import External
Data/New WebQuery. If that works then turn on macro record and do the same
again. This will record a macro that will do the task for you.

You can then look at the macro and try to understand what it is doing. If you
want to change anything try altering the macro to make your changes.
