Fill VBA form with Cell values of an Excel sheet

I got an Excel workbook with multiple sheets. I have a start form that
invokes the next form. I have coded this form to pull values from the
Excel sheet. But it just won't do it. Even the Combo values wont load.
Am I declaring my statements in the wrong form. If I move the
statements to the start form it errors saying SUb or Function not
defined. PLease suggest, thanks

1) put breakpoints on your code to step it through

2) post your code here so we can see what you're trying to run
