WASD start the server

In your WSAD\plugins\com.ibm.etools.websphere.runtime\bin folder you've
got a startServer batch file. Check if it helps. Also, in WAS we have
somehow the same batch file in WAS\AppServer\Bin\startAdminServer.bat
