I'm completely new to Linux and Ubuntu. I'd like to start getting familiar withit, though. I'mreally DONE with windows. I spotted an Ubuntu system offered for sale on thenet fromSystem 76, (the Sable desktop model) which specializes in Ubuntu systems. Idon't know whattheir reputation is. Does anyone have any anecdotes? Any other suggestons? Iknow that Delloffers an Ubuntu system, but I'd rather buy from a smaller dealer than Dell. Here's a link tothe System 76 website. You know you can just install it on whatever computer you are running.I dont know about this company but I personally wouldnt get a 64 system.Flash doesnt make a player for it, only the 32 bit systems. Actually, Ijust learned that today.
Ask them is all the codecs are installed for you. Like flash player 9. If theyare going installl FF 32 but version on there so that FP can play?
