Please send me
client code for axis tool kit which can access any webservice hosted
on inter net keep in mind i will run that code behind proxy.

any help will be appriciated

Check the sample codes that come with the axis
download. The first sample that is in the user guide
points to a call to a webservice  that resides at
xmethods.com
