My Personal Macro Workbook Won't Show

I am using Microsoft Office 2007

I been using my Personal Macro Workbooks for my macro starter and all
of a sudden it has disappeared from the View Macros Windows.

I have gone through everything that Microsoft says and it there. I
have it in the c:\username\App\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART folder
and it is in my Trusted Locations.

When I try to create a macro to the file Excel gives me an
error "Personal Macro Workbook in the startup folder must stay open for
recording.

What is wrong?

Please go into "Help / About Microsoft Office Excel" and press "Disabled
Items..."
Find there your Personal and enable it.
