Matching and sorting 2 excel files

I have 2 excel files that look li this:

File 1:
MENumber RecordID
02501620303 A
01902640661 A
00511640032 A


File 2:
MENumber UPIN
02501620303 A76673
01902640661 E05018
00511640032 B47012

I would like to do a compare file one and two and creat a file that
would sort them correctly, File one and two ME number are not the same
count

I would like the new file to have MENumber1 MENumber2 UPIN
