Need to split up Excel File to multiple CSV files bases on column

I have an Excel file looking like:

DocName|ArchiveBoxNumber|Description

I need to get the DocNames for each ArchiveBoxNumber and save it to a
csv with the ArchiveBoxNumber as the filename.

Do you have 1 ArchiveBoxNumber for 1 DocName or there could be
multiple DocName for the same ArchiveBoxNumber? I have done
something similar recently so probably I could provide some help.
