Jakarta Tomcat 5.5.2

I am upgrading my J2EE project from
Jakarta Tomcat 4.0.6
Apache HTTP Server 1.3.27
J2SE 1.4.1
MS Windows 200 Adv Server
to the following:

Jakarta Tomcat 5.5.2
Apache HTTP Server 2.0.51
J2SE 5.0 RC
MS Windows 200 Adv Server
I need your help in installing the HTTP Server 2.0.51 and whether it works well with the

Jakarta Tomcat 5.5.2 and if there is any procedure or steps, please send them to me.
