tomcat help

i am trying to use tomcat 5 with jdk 1.4 n its giving me this error,


Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
java.util.logging.Logger.logp(Ljava/util/logging/Level;Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/l\
ang/String;Ljava/lang/String;)

This might be because you haven't set the JAVA_HOME correctly.....
