Tomcat, SSL and ant

I was trying SSL connector on Tomcat server,
and I get to run the service. But I have a problem
with ant and install option, that I don't know how to
trust the certificate that launch now Tomcat when I
try to use the https://..../manager.

Besides, Could I implement SSL Connector for only an
application inside the Tomcat?
