Is dot net or J2EE a better development platform for ERP development?

J2EE Work in ALL SO
.NET only work in MS-Windows

In J2EE u have several free TOOLs for developer and deploy, as Eclipse,
JBOSS, TOMCAT
In .NET, only V.Studio

And it exists several other differences, that will turn a best or worse than
the other
