How can i start J2EE?

i know Oracle PL/SQL and i know also how to
develope Form and Reports using Oracle Developer2000. Depending of this much
knowlodge may i start J2EE? if so, then how i can start it. please advise me. is
there any GUI tool in J2EE like Oracle Form? like Reports? what about study
materials for J2EE?
