Need helps on J2EE Installation

I've just downloaded J2EE
SDK 1.4 Beta 2 and try to install it on my machine (Windows 2000 Professional
with JDK 1.4.2 already installed).

But everytime I run the Setup program, nothing happens, not even a splash
screen. It just stopped. Is there anybody who'd be so kind to give me a hand on
this problem ?

actually the thing might be(as seems to me as it happened with me as well)
that it is over 60 MB and so it appears that set up is not running but actually
its is downloading from the sun's site

I think I've completed the download (a ZIP file), and when extracted it
decompressed into files (and folders) with about 113 MBytes in size.
