Need help with Gusty update

I was using fiesty ubuntu with any problem. This morning i decided to update to
Gusty. All installation was Ok untill it asked to restart.

I hit restart button. IT WON'T BOOT UP. (i HAVE A DUEL BOOT SYSTEM WITH win xp
AND UBUNTU) IN TWO SEPARATE DRIVES)

It won't boot up to the page where I can select the OS. Before reaching there a
screen comes up.
"BUSY BOX V1.1.3(Debian 1.1.3.5UBUNTU7) Built in shell (ash)
Enter "help' for a list of built in commands"
followed by a screen full of lines like (1441.53 8089) ata....

HOW DO I RESCUE MY COMPUTER?

(I can't use WinXP either in that computer)

What happens when you type in 'help' and press enter?

Do you know how to reinstall grub if that is the portion that is
malfunctioning?
