If I understand your question correctly...

Chrome, and Chromium for Ubuntu, both have "sync" built in. Under the
Settings wrench in the upper right hand corner find Preferences or
Options. Go to "Personal Stuff" and find Sync. All you need is your
Google login information. This allows synchronization of many things,
including Bookmarks, for every computer on which you use
Chrome/Chromium. Only has to be done once on every computer, then all
look and act the same.
