Using the Partition editor (System, Administration), you can resize the
partitions by shrinking the size of the Vista partition and then enlarging the
Ubuntu one. You need to work from a Live CD because you cannot work on mounted
partitions. The first step (shrinking) will free up the space and the second
step (resizing up) will use that freed space to make Ubuntu larger.
