Open and edit (translate) a pdf document

Open your PDF file, then highlight and copy the text you want to your Web
browser. Then you can use online tools to translate and copy back to your word
processor or editor. If you have enough RAM it should go pretty smooth and
quick.
What do you think? Photos handle differently though.
