Very interesting! Could this be the beginning of the end of "feature bloat"?
It has been the way MS (and others) have sold their "new, bigger and better"
upgraded software. They have successfully convinced people that they should
buy something 99% of whose features they will never need, use or understand
instead of last year's product - which had only 95% of capabilities that
were beyond requirements for almost everyone.
