In FF go to bookmarks, open it and at the top click on organise
bookmarks, under that is backup, and there you can export them
to a usb drive or anywhere like on a network drive, then on FF or
Internet explorer you can import them for use.
I tend to carry a copy of my bookmarks so I can use them at the
library or work and go to my own favourites.
