Don't think so. It looks like 'MFE < CumGn' always equates to False.
Is there a typo? 'MFE < CumGn' should be 'bMFE < CumGn'? What is the
value of CumGn?
If you replace 'MFE < CumGn' with 'True' bMFE rises above 2
