Assuming that the range contains minute.... Your formula  works fine  for me.
If I put 60 in A2 I get 10...= 10 tenths.
If I then put 6... = 1/10 of an hour... in B3 I get 11... = 11 tenths of an
hour.

What sort of results are you getting?
