reading Farsi from DB2 problem

i want to reading farsi text from db2 and writing it in console or file.
But when i reading it i got ??? instead of farsi characters.
im using db2java.zip by COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver and
my database CODESET = UTF-8
