How To Switch Regional Input Language Automatically When Worksheet

i ask if i can can switch btween tow language keyboard input
language.
for exampel :
when i were in sheet1 the keyboard input language = ENG
when i were in sheet2 the keyboard input language = Hebrew

I've not considered this issue, but I believe that
Application.LanguageSettings is read only. BWDIK.
