portlets to run on liferay

About open source portlets,
does any body can help me to find open source portlets which could be
added to liferay and work well ?

check Spring Portlet MVC. It works like a charm in liferay  and pluto.

I forgot to say that you can test the Spring Portlet MVC samples. A few month ago, you could just find  them on the Spring repository now they must available on site..
