Populate Formula(Function) in rows

I am capturing data from next sheet using function formula,
however I need to capture about 5000 rows & 20 columns. Need your advice on how
I can populate the function formula in the worksheet automatically using VBA.

I can't see what you're getting at. Could you expand on
your question, perhaps give us an example of the formula  and explain the
data layout?
