Pivot Table Macro

I was using a macro record function, but it would not record when I was trying
to select the last option in a pivot table drop down menu. Can anyone show me
a macro writing that can select and pick the last item in a pivot table drop
down menu?

Never tried it, so can't help.

However, this sounds like a funny thing to do. Why the last item  in the
drop down menu? If you know what this option  is going to be, then you
should be able to do invoke the function  directly.

If you don't know what this option is going to be, then why do this?
