Lost and Found menu has too many menu items

These are the steps I did to add a widget called Application Launcher to my
Desktop:

Mouse click on Desktop (wallpaper) ... selected "+ Add Widget"... then
selected "Application Launcher. Traditional Launcher to Start Applications".
Then clicked on 'Add Widget'.

When I open the menu named "Lost and Found" and then view the entire menu
options... it nearly fills the entire screen with Lost and Found menu
items!!! (please see attached screenshot -- it's a .png file, 150KB in size.
I hope that it's not too big to send to these groups -- e.g I don't want to
get into trouble for sending screenshots that are too big!!!).

What I'd like to do is remove all Lost & Found menu items to different
menus... Move them to where they belong. A lot of these menu items (most of
them) are Mirco$oft Windowz programs (e.g. Delphi programming language) and
.hlp files.

Ideally I'd like to add a menu to the Application Launcher desktop widget,
called "Micro$oft Windows Emulator" (or words to that effect). How can I do
this? Is it possible for me to edit the menus of the Application Launcher.
If so, how? { I would assume, "yes" but it is not obvious how! } Please tell
me the *exact command*, 'cos *I'm still a newbie at Linux*. If possible, I'd
prefer a program which uses a GUI instead of text command line, e.g.
terminal (cos I find it easier to use programs with GUI's than command
lines).
