Need help with JiBX

Can anyone please send me detailed steps in using JiBX jar files with NetBeans 5.5 and Eclipse 3.2.1 IDE versions as to bind, compile and run a project using JiBX?

Please snd me any needed URLs and links with examples that may help me.
