I don't know if this is the same book posted earlier, but I think not as this
one is very recent. It is free for the pdf version of a paper Amazon book.

It is not. This one is only 170 pages compared to 1190+ on the other.

A very good pocket guide. I have read his other book but this is a
handy reference. These eBooks are darned neat!
