Can we Use Excel as a regular database?

Of course we can. But how? I have very little info about this. Only i can say,
the ranges in excel will work exactly like the fields in access for example. I
mean, for example, the same query code will work etc..

You need to look for examples of accessing Excel via ODBC. A Google search
using ODBC and Excel as keywords will get you examples of how to do that.
