EJB deployment

I have a problem about EJB deploymet.
I had a EJB .ear file which was working .then I added one extra jar file to the ear file deployed it on the server.But all of the sudden all the connection to EJBs failed.I deleted the jar file and deployed the previous version that was working before.but then it seemed that application cannot find EJB anymore because all the places that EJB is used,an error like
unable to resolve 'Agent name' or something about error connection to RMI can been seen.
If you have any idea what has gone wrong please answer me fast.

Try regenerating the EAR once again and deploy.

I did restarted all the tiers(Application,Database)

I have and I restarted all the servers as well.
