I'm using Eclipse IDE and i am typing persian letters in *.properties files , but on application side the letters showed invalid, Is there any solution that i write persian letters on that file's? I think there is some setting on eclipse.
eclipse> window> prefrences>general> workspace>text file encodinggood luck
Download http://sourceforge.net/projects/eclipse-rbe/ and then open your properties file with this editor.
