How to install and run eclipse

I have downloaded eclipse. Can any one tell me how can I install and run it.
What more I need to run it? where should I unzip it? I cant get it to
work!!!!!

Ary you talking about IBM eclipse  software. That software is very
big and you need mininum 512 ram on your computer and 1 GB free
space. Its not a Free software that for sure.
