download Adobe Flash Player for FF

I am trying to download Adobe Flash Player for FF and it does not work because I
do not have the upgraded FF. How do I upgrade to latest version of FF? When I do
try to upgrade the downloads box pops up and another box with a FireFox folder
in it?

Use Synaptic Package Manager in the System menu and do a search for
Firefox in its search box. It will show you the new 3.5 for download.
